Pet Policy

We accept two pets per apartment with no pet weight limit. $100 Refundable Pet Deposit and $300 Non-Refundable Fee. Monthly pet rent of $20, per pet. We require Doggy DNA testing and participation is mandatory. Breed restrictions apply. Specific animal, breed and number restrictions and pet fee, pet rent and pet deposit requirements will not apply to qualified assistance and service animals.
