Yes. Mission Hill offers flexible lease terms, including short-term options starting at three months. Leases between three to five months carry a small premium, while month-to-month options are available for an additional $300 per month. Yes. Every home at Mission Hill includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Phase I apartments feature side-by-side standard units, Phase II apartments include modern front-loading smart machines, and Mission Crossing townhomes are equipped with stackable front-loaders to maximize space and efficiency.
Your monthly rent includes access to your home and all community amenities, including the lazy river pool, fitness studios, and resident clubhouse. Absolutely. Mission Hill proudly welcomes pets and offers dedicated pet-friendly amenities to make life more comfortable for residents and their four-legged companions. Mission Hill features two large dog parks, a dog run, and a dog wash station designed to make pet care easy and enjoyable. These spaces give pets plenty of room to play and socialize safely. In addition to our on-site dog parks, nearby parks and green spaces in New Braunfels offer additional pet-friendly recreation for residents and their pets to explore.
Mission Hill welcomes non-aggressive breeds as outlined in our community guidelines. There are no specific weight restrictions, allowing residents to bring pets of all sizes.

We love our apartment. The location is great. We are close to downtown New Braunfels, close to shopping and just a short drive to I35. The amenities are great - two pools, a gym, two different club houses. The office staff are nice and courteous. And love the maintenance staff.

Still the best apartments we know of. Love the staff, love the maintenance people, love the pools and love the landscaping. Lots of planning went into the landscaping. There is always some colorful plants to brighten your day.

The entire complex, both units and outdoors are beautiful and quiet all year round. The grounds of Mission Hill are well kept, mostly native plants, and enjoyable/accessible to walk around. There are a plethora of amenities, various events, and the neighborhood is inviting. The apartment units themselves are high quality-- materials, floor plans, and appliances-- you really get what you pay for. The front office staff are very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable in everything they do.

This apartment complex is very clean and welcoming. They work on keeping the common areas clean and the landscaping pretty. The management staff are very professional and positive. The apartments are planned out very nicely and feel like a home. It will be nice to live here.
Apartment searching is rough, but when you have an office team & leasing agents as kind and friendly as Mission Hill, it can relieve so many stressors. They were so welcoming, so friendly and overall the process was just amazing. 10/10 recommend.
An amazing community with top of the line staff! This was the first time ever I had zero issues moving into a new apartment. If you are looking for someplace cozy, luxurious, yet affordable in the New Braunfels area, this is the place!

Great community. I love the pool and the people at the community. They are always on top of maintenance. They have great activities for people to know each other. The location of the apartment is close to many food places.

It's a great place to live. The management personnel are awesome! Very pleased to be living here, I would rent here again. We have a great clubhouse too. The grounds are maintained very well.
I have been very impressed with the staff at Mission Hill. All staff personnel that I have been dealing with have been very friendly and professional. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained, and I love the neighborhood and its proximity to so many services, restaurants and shopping. Amenities are awesome as well.
