Yes. Mission Hill provides open parking with two spaces per household on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved carports and garages are available for an additional monthly fee, offering extra protection and convenience. EV charging stations are not currently available. 

Yes. Mission Hill partners with Hello Landing to offer professionally furnished apartment homes for flexible stays. We also feature a fully furnished two-bedroom guest suite on-site — perfect for hosting visiting family or friends with the same comfort and elegance as our residences. 

Yes. Mission Hill offers flexible lease terms, including short-term options starting at three months. Leases between three to five months carry a small premium, while month-to-month options are available for an additional $300 per month. Yes. Every home at Mission Hill includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Phase I apartments feature side-by-side standard units, Phase II apartments include modern front-loading smart machines, and Mission Crossing townhomes are equipped with stackable front-loaders to maximize space and efficiency. 

Your monthly rent includes access to your home and all community amenities, including the lazy river pool, fitness studios, and resident clubhouse. Yes. Our 24-hour fitness center is fully equipped with Precor machines, free weights, a Peloton bike, and a dedicated cycle and yoga barre studio. Whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, or finding balance, our modern fitness amenities make it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle right at home. 

Residents can choose between Spectrum and AT&T for high-speed internet and cable services. Both providers deliver reliable connectivity to support remote work, streaming, and gaming throughout the community.

Rent payments can be made quickly and securely through our online resident portal. Residents may pay using ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card, and can easily set up recurring payments for automatic, on-time rent each month. 

Mission Hill is conveniently located less than a mile from Loop 337, providing quick access to local routes and major highways. Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available for residents who prefer flexible travel options. 

Mission Hill is part of the New Braunfels Independent School District, zoned for Veremendi Elementary, Oakrun Middle, and New Braunfels High School. Families are encouraged to confirm current zoning with NBISD to ensure accurate school assignments. 

While Mission Hill does not have dedicated on-site trails, the beautifully landscaped grounds and nearby Mission Hill Park offer plenty of outdoor space for walking and recreation. Residents also enjoy access to nearby green areas ideal for biking, jogging, or leisurely strolls. 

Mission Hill is ideally located near Westpointe Village and Oakrun Estates, two of New Braunfels’ most desirable neighborhoods. This central location offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment while maintaining a serene Hill Country setting. 

Yes. Mission Hill residents are within walking distance or a short drive of local favorites including HEB, Starbucks, 2Rivers, The Reel, and Casa Garcia’s. Nearby shopping and dining options such as Longhorn Café, Crumbl Cookies, On the Grind Coffee, and Chick-fil-A make daily errands and indulgences simple and enjoyable. 

Mission Hill is located just 10 minutes from downtown New Braunfels and minutes from Historic Gruene. This prime location makes it easy to enjoy the area’s boutique shopping, Hill Country dining, and the iconic Guadalupe River while still being close to home. 

Yes. The community is conveniently located less than a mile from TaskUs, and only a short drive from major employers, local parks, and shopping centers. Mission Hill offers the perfect balance of proximity and peaceful living. 

Absolutely. Mission Hill proudly welcomes pets and offers dedicated pet-friendly amenities to make life more comfortable for residents and their four-legged companions. Mission Hill features two large dog parks, a dog run, and a dog wash station designed to make pet care easy and enjoyable. These spaces give pets plenty of room to play and socialize safely. In addition to our on-site dog parks, nearby parks and green spaces in New Braunfels offer additional pet-friendly recreation for residents and their pets to explore. 

Mission Hill welcomes non-aggressive breeds as outlined in our community guidelines. There are no specific weight restrictions, allowing residents to bring pets of all sizes.

Yes. Mission Hill welcomes service animals with the proper documentation in accordance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
